Outakes Disc Repair Service

We will only issue a refund for the following.

1. A scratch or scratches have reached the data layer so disc cannot be repaired.

2. A repair has been made by us but upon analysing the disc it is still faulty.

3. A disc has been repaired and returned to you, still does not work and you have returned it to us to check and the disc is faulty and cannot be fixed.

4. Refunds On Console repairs will only be issued upon return of the console to us for validation purposes.
