Place the disc you wish to be repaired into a jiffy type bag or in a plain envelope in between some card to avoid further damage. Please just send the disc ONLY. This keeps postage costs down. Remember to include your name and address and/or Confirmation number.  Once we receive the disc we will repair it for you and post back usually the same day.(please allow an extra day during busy periods). And thats it .  

If for some reason the disc cannot be repaired we will send the disc back with your refund. In some cases the scratches have gone to deep and reached the data layer if this is the case we will refund you GUARANTEED.

NOTICE: Please do not send cracked or split disc's as these can NOT be repaired and No refund will be given. We can only repair the data side of the disc NOT the label side. If in doubt please email first to check.
